HMO is a House in Multiple Occupancy which we will fully manage and make sure it is occupied with professional quality tenants.
SA is a Serviced Accommodation service where we will manage your property on short-letting sites like Airbnb and Booking.com.

The agreed rent amount will be paid consequently every month to your bank account on time, even when your property is empty, you still get paid!
Maintenance Issues? No worries, we'll take care of it
Even the little things could be a headache, so we solve that straight away with taking care of all the small maintenance costs that might occur.
We take care of the property like it's ours
We'll refurbish and furbish your property if it is required to do so, which will cost you nothing. We do regular inspections every 3 to 6 months for our properties to make sure the property is well looked after.
Managing all the bills so you don't have to
We think for you when it comes to bills, as sometimes you might be too busy to keep up with them all. That is why we take the stress away and take care of all bills.
